Incoming Quality Inspection

Confirm order, purchase paper, deliver paper to factory, transfer paper to warehouse, weigh materials, check quality and appearance, then move qualified materials to the workshop for production. Unqualified materials are transferred to the disqualification area and returned or processed according to quality requirements.

Press Machine Inspection

After the laminate comes out of the press machine, inspectors check sheet thickness and surface condition. Qualified chemical resistant HPL sheets are transferred to the next production stage, while unqualified sheets are moved to the disqualification area for further processing.

Pre-delivery Inspection

After rough edge cutting, the laminate board is transferred to the semi-finished product warehouse. Appearance, size, and thickness are inspected before qualified sheets are moved to the finished product warehouse for packing and shipment.
