The production process begins with order confirmation, paper purchasing, material delivery to the factory, warehouse transfer, weighing, and inspection of material quality and appearance. Qualified materials are transferred to the workshop for production, while unqualified materials are moved to the disqualification area and handled according to quality control requirements.
After the laminate comes out of the press machine, the sheet thickness and surface quality are inspected. Qualified chemical resistant HPL sheets are transferred to the next production stage, while unqualified sheets are placed in the disqualification area for further processing.
After rough edge cutting, the laminate boards are transferred to the semi-finished product warehouse. Appearance, size, and thickness are checked before qualified boards are moved to the finished product warehouse for packing and shipment.

Available payment terms include T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against the copy of B/L, L/C at sight, and D/P at sight. Specific terms can be confirmed according to the order quantity and project requirements.
Generally, one 20GP container of HPL requires about 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Compact laminate products may require about 10 days after receiving advance payment. The final delivery time depends on order quantity, specification, and production schedule.
