INSTALLATION

Installation Guidance

1. Mark dividing lines on wall according to construction drawing & site condition
2. Pre assemble vertical & horizontal keels; keel spacing:300-400 mm

3. Fix keels onto wall by expansion bolts & metal corner brackets,use L-shaped aluminum connectors for the corners.
4. Mount substrate boards on keels with neat joints
5. Apply structural adhesive dots on fire proof board back, position with double sided tape and paste onto substrate
6. Wait 48 h for structural adhesive full curing; remove protective film and clean surface

Note：Install with keel substrate system; not for direct bare wall bonding.
