Environmental requirement: ensure appropriate acclimatization between plastic laminate and substrate before fabrication. Condition plastic laminate and substrate surfaces in the same environment for 48 hours before fabrication. Recommended condition is approximately 75°F or 24°C and 45% to 55% relative humidity.
For best adhesive results, apply adhesives at temperatures at or above 65°F or 18°C. During storage and transport, phenolic laminate should be placed on a plate whose size is slightly larger than the boards.
A plate should be placed between the pallet and the boards, and a cover plate should be put above the boards. Phenolic laminate should not be stored near the door or in an environment that is too wet or too hot.
Phenolic laminate should be placed at least 72 hours before processing or installation, so the sheet and the environment can reach balance.
Do not allow more than 96% sulfuric acid or nitric acid to contact the corrosion-resistant physical and chemical plate for more than 5 hours.
Do not directly apply non-conventional test reagents to the corrosion-resistant physical and chemical plate. Do not directly contact the surface with heat-dried glassware, gas stove, alcohol stove, melted metal, sparks or unknown high-temperature objects above 180°C.
After the experiment is finished, wipe the table clean to avoid residual acid, alkali or solvent staying on the surface for a long time and causing damage.
Do not use acid, alkaline or corrosive cleaning agents to clean the corrosion-resistant physical and chemical plate. For stubborn stains, wash immediately with hypochlorous acid and rinse with water. If hypochlorite stays on the test bench surface for too long, the panel surface may discolor or become easier to stain.
Phenolic laminate should be lifted vertically to avoid scratching. It is better to use a vacuum chuck to lift the boards during handling, processing and installation.

The tight and non-permeable surface helps prevent water and dust from sticking to the surface. The phenolic laminate lab table top is waterproof and moisture-proof, so water does not go into the core material.
The chemical lab table top is heat resistant, fire-resistant and flame-retardant. It is difficult to catch fire when exposed to open flame or high temperature, making it suitable for laboratory table tops and testing facilities.
