HPL Board Description

Zhongtian Polybett® HPL board is a structural high-pressure laminate panel with decorative surfaces on both sides. With strong impact resistance, water resistance and humidity resistance, it is suitable for wall panels, toilet partitions, counters, lockers, furniture, cabinets and commercial interior decoration.

Available from 6mm to 25mm, this HPL panel can meet different project requirements, from furniture panels and countertops to partition systems and high-use public space applications.

The board can be drilled, tapped, sanded, shaped and cut with standard carbide-tipped tools. It offers wear resistance, compression resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cigarette burn resistance, antibacterial performance, mould resistance, waterproof performance, fire-resistant properties and easy cleaning.

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms include T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L, L/C at sight and D/P at sight.

What delivery terms can you support?

Delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.

How long is the delivery time?

Generally, one 20GP container of HPL takes about 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Compact laminate products may take about 10 days after receiving advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on order quantity and specifications.

Can you produce according to samples or technical drawings?

Yes. Production can be arranged according to samples or technical drawings after confirming surface finish, size and production feasibility.

Do you inspect all goods before delivery?
