Quality Control

Incoming quality inspection: Orders are confirmed, paper is purchased and delivered to the factory, then transferred to the warehouse for weighing, quality checking and appearance inspection. Qualified materials are transferred to the workshop for production, while unqualified materials are isolated and returned to the supplier.

Press machine inspection: After laminate sheets come out of the press machine, thickness is checked. Qualified sheets move to the next production process, while unqualified sheets are transferred to the disqualification area for processing.

Pre-delivery inspection: After rough edge cutting, laminate sheets are inspected for appearance, size and thickness before entering the finished products warehouse for packing.

Generally, one 20GP container of HPL takes about 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Phenolic laminate products may take about 10 days after receiving advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the order.
