Zhongtian Polybett® Phenolic laminate is a structural HPL panel faced with decorative surfaces on both sides. Made with phenolic resin kraft paper layers and melamine resin decorative paper, it provides high strength, impact resistance, water resistance and humidity resistance for demanding interior applications.

This HPL phenolic resin compact laminate board is suitable for wall panels, toilet partitions, counters, lockers, furniture, kitchen cabinets and worktops. It can be drilled, tapped, sanded, shaped and cut with standard carbide-tipped tools.

The board offers wear resistance, compression resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cigarette burn resistance, antibacterial performance, mould resistance, waterproof performance, fire-resistant properties and easy-clean performance.

What is your packing method?

Products are packed in plywood cases and plywood pallets. Laminate sheets thicker than 5mm are normally packed by plywood pallets for better transport protection.

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms include T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L, L/C at sight and D/P at sight.

What delivery terms can you support?

Delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.

How long is the delivery time?

Generally, one 20GP container of HPL takes about 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Compact laminate products may take about 10 days after receiving advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the order.

Can you produce according to samples or technical drawings?

Yes. Production can be arranged according to samples or technical drawings after confirming the surface, size and production feasibility.

Do you inspect all goods before delivery?

Yes. The laminate sheets are inspected one by one before delivery to confirm quality, appearance, size and thickness.
