INSTALLATION PROCESS

Polybett provides installation process demonstration for HPL locker systems. The following steps guide locker assembly with side boards, back board, partition boards, screws, corner fasteners, hinges, clothes rail, flange, door lock and electronic hand drill.

Step 1: Install Left Board, Right Board and Back Board

Connect the left board, right board and back board with M4×12 round head screws and stainless corner fasteners. Accessories and tools needed include M4×12 round head screws, stainless corner fasteners and electronic hand drill.

Step 2: Install Partition 1, Top Board and Bottom Board

Connect partition 1 and the back board with M4×25 wafer head self-tapping screws. Then separately connect the left and right boards with M4×12 round head screws and stainless corner fasteners. Use the same method to install the top and bottom boards.

Step 3: Install the Cork Base Bottom Board

Connect the cork base, left side board, right side board and bottom board with M4×12 round head screws and stainless corner fasteners. Required tools include M4×12 round head screws, stainless corner fasteners and electronic hand drill.

Step 4: Install Clothes Rail and Flange

Put the clothes rail through the holes of partition 2 and determine the position of the flange. Then install the clothes rail and flange. When installing the door board, move partition 2 to make installation easier.

Step 5: Install the Door Board with Hinge

Install the door board with hinge and pay attention to adjusting the gap between the door and side board. Accessories and tools needed include hinge, M4×12 round head screws and electronic hand drill.

Step 6: Install Partition 2

Connect partition 2 with the top, bottom, back part, partition 1 and back board using M4×25 wafer head self-tapping screws. Accessories and tools needed include M4×25 wafer head self-tapping screws and electronic hand drill.

Step 7: Install the Door Lock

Install the door lock with M4×12 round head screws and electronic hand drill. Digital lock, key lock and RFID lock can be selected according to school locker, gym locker or changing locker project requirements.
